We accept returns & exchanges made within 8 days after delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. When you send a package back to us, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please remember that you are held accountable for any damages that may occur during the return shipment and we reserve the right to deny credits if the package returned to us damaged or incomplete, pack it well!

To return your damaged product(s):
- send an email with your request to email@example.com (please provide us with attached images & your order number) so we can identify the alteration and replace your order.
- after confirmation from us, you can send your product to the address provide
- When we will receive the package, we will deliver the exchanged product(s) within five (5) working days without any shipping
In the event that your order is not delivered and it is found to be the fault of the carrier, the company can deliver the order within five (5) working days without any charge to the customer. In case of force majeure (such as lockdown period, transport problems), the company does not assume responsibility for any delays or non-delivery of the products. Shipments and deliveries are made to the address you entered and it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details. The company does not assume responsibility for non-delivery of products to wrongly registered details. If the order is returned to the sender because you did not receive it or because the transport company (courier) failed to complete the delivery, you bear the costs of reshipment.
For complaints due to quality issues please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org and send us detailed pictures and descriptions of what is wrong with the item along with your ORDER NUMBER (found in the order confirmation e-mail).
